New Old Store Stock. Vintage 1980 Handcrafted Australian Leather Necklace.  Never worn.

This is a genuine and beautiful handcrafted Australian leather necklace designed and created by Gloria Jones on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Gloria was a local artist who was famous for her black velvet paintings as well as her leather designs at the Beachcomber Hotel in Surfers Paradise. The design of this necklace is a series of Gum leaves in green and brown. There are a total of 5 connected leather gum leaves. The nut on the leaves are fastened with a metal stud in the back. Original tag is included. Original price was $36 AUD (Australian Dollars).

Measurement: Each leaf is approximately 3 inches in length; 2 1/2 inches in width. Length of the leather necklace chain is approximately 22 inches. Length of all of the leaves laying horizontally is approximately 8 inches.

Would make a lovely gift for a special someone.
