Vintage Daher Decorated Ware Tin Scalloped England Fruit Pattern Bowl from 1971.

Features intricate designs of different fruits like plums, pears, cherries, grapes an apple and peach and it displays an Old World look with lovely rich colors. Red, purple, orange browns and green with a golden tone background. The edges are trimmed in gilded gold as well as the scallops around the center pattern in the bowl which makes the design pop.

It carries the standard Daher red medallion mark with text “Daher Decorated Ware” 1971 made in England on bottom. Regd. Des. 951942. The front of bowl is in excellent condition with gorgeous colors with gold gilding accent and detailing.  The cream enamel coating on the underside is scuffed over the years. No rust, marks or dents.

Measures 10 1/4 inch wide by 1 3/4 inches tall This is a unique collectible metalware perfect for decorating a cottage, farmhouse, or French country décor design. Would look attractive placed on a shelf, in a display cabinet or on a counter.

This lovely bowl with array of fruit pattern and gold gilded scallops was part of my mother’s tinware collection. She housed it in a China cabinet. I have had her collection packed away for years.
