This is a very pretty white 100% cotton fabric with lovely intricate black embroidery eyelets on a white short sleeve top. The black embroidery eyelet design continues around the bottom flared hem. The neckline is a shirring design and gives a small ruff effect for added interest. This unique style tunic top is a must for every summer wardrobe. It has a romantic flare with off the shoulder look. Or you can also wear on the shoulders.  A Pullover style loose fitting top which is comfortable, fun and versatile.  You can dress it up or dress it down depending on the mood and occasion. For a more casual look with capris, jeans, leggings, or skirts. If you want a more elegant and fun fashionable look you can wear it with fitted trousers or dress pants.
