Vintage 1970s Daher Decorated Ware England Tin Victorian Couple Metal Scalloped Tray.

Designed by Daher Decorated Ware, Long Island, New York and made in England. The vibrant colors in the oval-shaped scalloped design display a Victorian/Colonial courting couple in a garden. Filigree floral design. This tray was from my mother’s collection of metalware and was displayed in a glass cabinet. It has been stored away with her other collection of metalware for years.

There are some scratches and wear on the back and front edges of the tray from use. There is minimal wear on the front of the tray which is consistent with vintage age. This tray is still lovely and charming with bright colors. Golds burgundy, pinks, blue, green and brown. It has a REGD.DES.980.598 number.

This tray would add elegance to any wall or shelf. You could use the tray with assorted delectable cookies for afternoon tea time. Or gift it with an assortment of import cookies and teas wrapped in clear cellophane and a pretty bow and antique spoon.  Measurement: 12 1/2 in by 9 1/4 in by 1 1/2 in height at the sides.
