The round collector tin features a stunning floral chintz pattern in vibrant royal blue, blue, orange, coral, and yellow colors. Designed by Daher and made in England in the 1960’s. Features intricate designs of different flowers in multicolored hues and bright floral patterns (royal blue, blue, orange, coral, and yellow). Leaves of rust and green on white background.  All the detailed florals and leaves are accented with gold gilding and top edge of the little tray. This makes the pattern pop and sprinkle in the light.

It carries the standard Daher brown medallion mark with text “Daher Decorated Ware Long Island, N.Y. 11101 Made in England” on the bottom. The front has pretty rich colors of dainty flowers and leaves with no marks, rust or dents. The white enamel coating on the underside is faintly scuffed over the years.

This lovely little tray with an array of flowers and leaves and gold gilded was part of my mother’s tin ware collection. She housed it in a China cabinet. I have had her collection packed away for years. The piece is visually appealing and would look nice placed on a shelf, a wall, in a display cabinet or on a counter. This is a unique collectible metalware tin, perfect for decorating a cottage, farmhouse, or French country décor design. This is an art piece a collector would enjoy.
