Vintage Hollohaza Hungary Porcelain of a Lidded Sugar Bowl/Jar. Trimmed In Gold 1992 #12. In excellent vintage condition. No cracks, crazing, stains, repairs, or scratches.

This is a beautiful porcelain jar with lid. Designed and crafted by the Hungarian fine porcelain factory Hollohaza from Hungary. Hand-painted gold leaves and scalloped trim. Retired, 1992. The pot has a stunning floral decor. This is a gorgeous, collectible and functional piece which feature beautiful multicolor flowers in rose pink, blue, lavender, yellow, and green leaves. There is a raised basketweave rim, scalloped gold trim, with a porcelain flower finial. Very faintly on the bottom pressed into the porcelain appears to be the makers mark – 244. “LA” may have been the artists initials.

Measurement: ABT 4 1/2 in height with lid, diameter 3 1/2 in. You could use as covered trinket bowl to keep special items in. Nice gift for someone special. A white gift box included.
