VTG Old Store Stock. Shiwan Mudman Chinese Figurine Playing Lap Instrument (Paulownia Guqin – 7-string Chinese Zither). In Excellent Condition for age.

Hand-painted and glazed figurine is a beautiful representation of Chinese culture. A gorgeous Shiwan Mudman ceramic art pottery with very subtle colors of pale green, white, brown, and black. Made in China Artistic Ceramic Porcelain Factory. The Shiwan artists have captured his facial expression and posture perfectly. This collectible is perfect for those interested in Asian culture and art. This was part of my Asian figurine collection from my former brick and mortar store.

MEASUREMENT – 4 in height figurine, on wood base. Base is 4 1/8 in.

OLD WORLD TRADITION -The stringed Guzheng instruments are beautifully hand carved and antiqued by zither masters using only hand-selected paulownia solid wood construction. Professional Guzheng is paired with a bright and sweet toned soundboard.

ZITHER MASTERY – Chinese Koto zither instrument model with 21 strings set designed to produce an end-to-end mastery of finger techniques for a broad range of pentatonic sounds and motions. The soundboard is measured at 5 feet and 4 inches in length.
