Collectible, charming cottage vintage building from authorized Thomas Kinkade Painter of the Light TM. Media Art Groups. INC. Hometown Spring collection of Hawthorne Village “Home is Where the Heart is”. Signed on the bottom and is retired. Made in the USA .

Hand painted in a traditional style with multicolor accent. Piece is a limited edition and features an iconic design. Includes light cord and has a slot on both sides and the back for the cord to sit. Light works and has an off and on switch. Has raised, hard rubber feet for furniture protection. Item is hand numbered on the bottom Sculpture No. A 2427 date 2002. Maximum 7.5 watts for the light. Made of high-quality Resin plastic construction. Very intricate details in the design. In vintage good condition considering age. Also please note that the white top post on the front fence is missing. See pictures for detail.
