Keep your hermit crab warm with the Zoo Med Hermit Crab Heater. This mini-size heater helps maintain proper temperature and humidity levels in small hermit crab enclosures. It’s built like a pad and has an adhesive surface that you can stick on the bottom or side of your Hermit Crab terrarium- even on plastic. The heater works with very little power. It is safe to use daily when needed. No assembly or set-up required.  Measures 4 inches by 7 inches.  4 watt power.

For years, I had Hermit crabs as my pets which I enjoyed watching. I designed beautiful and fun terrariums for lots of activity. I also enjoyed buying or making decorative colorful shells for them to pick to wear if they choose.  I even taped them chattering very late at night when I would work in my office at home. They are an interesting fun pet that can live for years when taken care of properly. They do not like cold and prefer humid heat. I always put the heater on the side of the glass. I used a very tall terrarium in an octagon shape which was originally a fish aquarium.  Along with putting lots of climbing items both vertical and horizontal for exercise. Originally sold for $32.00.  Double-boxed for shipping.
