1979 Muppets Miss Piggy & Kermit Porcelain Rowboat Serving Dish

VERY RARE! 1979 Muppets porcelain ceramic rowboat dish featuring Miss Piggy & Kermit the Frog. Miss Piggy rows while Kermit serenades her with his banjo.  This is a beautiful piece and is in exceptional condition for age; no chips or cracks!  High gloss porcelain finish looks like new.

This item comes from my personal collection. I have been the one and only owner.  Has been safely stored since original purchase.

Sigma produced a number of amazing hand-painted Muppet household items back in the late 1970s/early 1980s – but this serving dish is one of the more rare, hard-to-find pieces.

Miss piggy sitting in back of boat with row paddle. Lavender dress, gloves and white hat with lavender bow and flowers.  Kermit the frog playing a grey and white banjo sitting in front of boat and singing. Wearing a white hat with yellow band and a yellow zig zag collar.  Next to Kermit is a red and white napkin covering 2 loafs of French bread in a brown basket.
